Magnolia Room. The 625 square foot (26’x 24’ x 8’)
Magnolia Room is a stylish and sophisticated event space designed for maximum productivity
and performance. The Magnolia Room features a myriad of state-of-the-art services
and amenities, including: marker board with flip chart, pull down projector screen,
speakerphone with conference call capabilities, data ports, cordless microphone,
television and VCR, overhead projector, slide projector, laser pointers, table lectern
or podium, two entrances and exit doors, and coffee service during the course of
the meeting. Guests of the hotel using this meeting room enjoy complimentary access
to our Business Center. The Magnolia Room can be set up in a variety of layouts
- conference, theater, classroom and u-shape -accommodating up to 45 attendees.
From whiteboard presentations to white wedding celebrations, the Magnolia Room is
the perfect venue for all your business and social functions.

Executive Board Room. Organize
your executive meetings in our state-of-the-art Board Room, which can accommodate
up to 12 people. This 12’ x 22’ facility features a warm, sophisticated
décor and modern business amenities, including an executive conference table,
marker board with flip chart and pull down projector screen, speakerphone with conference
call capabilities, data ports, television and VCR, overhead projector, slide projector,
laser pointers, and coffee service during the course of the meeting. Guests of the
hotel using our meeting rooms have complimentary access to our 24-hour Business
Center.
Business Center. Our state-of-the-art, 24-hour Business Center
offers additional space for “officing” out of the hotel. Our high-tech
Business Center features: a computer, printer, fax and copy equipment, high-speed
internet, work space and executive chairs to make business a pleasure.
