Customer Reviews at Wingate By Wyndham Hotel in Kennesaw Georgia

Feedback from a Guest:-
My husband and I stayed in Wingate by Wyndham, Kennesaw, GA – September 7-8.
We are so very pleased about everything with the hotel.
We booked a Jacuzzi Suite.
I have asthma and always check A/C filters. The AC unit in 215 had a few dust bunnies and I reported this. Less than five minutes later, Janine arrived to take a peek. She went up to 315, put new filters into the AC unit and moved us upstairs. The room was spotless and spacious, the bed comfortable and we had plenty of storage. My husband and I loved the jacuzzi tub – it was huge and we had plenty of room for splashing around. Breakfast was nice, especially the waffles. Kudos to Janine and Dianne.
Thank-you.
Memorial Day
May 12th, 2009. Published under News. No Comments.

Memorial Day is a United States federal holiday observed on the last Monday of May (on May 25 in 2009). Formerly known as Decoration Day, it commemorates U.S. men and women who died while in the military service. First enacted to honor Union soldiers of the American Civil War (it is celebrated near the day of reunification after the civil war), it was expanded after World War I to include American casualties of any war or military action.

Post office to raise stamp prices
May 12th, 2009. Published under News. No Comments.

The U.S. Postal Service will raise the price of a first-class stamp to 44 cents May 11. Forever Stamps will continue to be sold for the current 42-cent rate until the
increase takes effect. The Forever Stamps will remain valid in the future regardless of rate hikes. Postage rates go up annually in May, with the new prices announced in
February. The overall change is tied to the rate of inflation in the prior year. Although the new 44-cent rate covers the first ounce of first-class mail, the price for each additional ounce will remain unchanged at 17 cents. Most Postal Service shipping services prices were adjusted in January and will not change in May. Other changes that take effect May 11 :
• Postcard stamps increase 1-cent to 27 cents;
• The first ounce of a large envelope increases 5 cents t o 88 cents;
• The first ounce of a parcel increases 5 cents to $1.22;
• New international postcard and letter prices are, for one ounce, 75 cents to Canada; 79 cents to Mexico; and 98 cents elsewhere. -
